Moped Hydro/Disc Front End Kit

Finally, a front suspension worthy of your race moped!  The Moped Factory Hydro/Disc front end kit gets you set up with the parts you need to install modern hydraulic forks and a hydraulic disc brake on your vintage moped.  

The custom made CNC 6061-T6 aluminum triple tree works with any 26mm ID loose steering bearing setup (most mopeds) and comes in a variety of stem lengths to suit most builds.   By using standard handlebar clamps, you can easily upgrade or add risers for a custom fit. 

The 33mm hydraulic fork legs, sourced from pitbikes, provide real hydraulic damping at an incredible value.  They are also lighter, stronger, and come in 3 sizes perfect for most moped applications. 

The Puch 5 Star Disc Hub adapts to any 5-star Puch compatible rim to mount a 3x70mm pattern brake disc in the perfect location.   Sealed bearings and a center spacer are already pressed in, and all hardware is provided for easy installation.  We have sourced a good quality solid stainless rotor for this setup, but you can upgrade to the floating rotor for premium performance. 

The pre-bled hydraulic brake system makes installation a breeze, simply bolt everything together and route the line and you're ready to go.  If you want to swap out a custom brake line, the standard M8 Banjo fitting line is available anywhere pitbike or motorcycle parts are sold online- but you will have to bleed the brakes.
