Yamaha DT250/400 Aluminum intake manifold

Enlightened Moto has created the solution for rubber intake manifolds that crack and fail.  This cast aluminum intake adapts a rubber Mikuni flange to the large reed pattern found on 1973+ DT250, DT400, MX250 and possibly others.

With this manifold you can replace the inexpensive Mikuni flange coupler easily without needing to replace the whole manifold.

 The flange mounts with 8mm bolts on 60mm centers so you can use the I-VM28-200K flange for 24-28mm carbs with a 35 mm spigot or I-VM34-200K flange for VM30-34 carbs with a 40 mm spigot, or do your own research to mount a different carb like PWK (PWK 30 mounts with 40mm spigot)  Choose your spigot option below. 

The cast aluminum can be easily ported for maximum performance. 

Comes with a genuine mikuni coupler, hardware and 2 high quality gaskets

*Note:  This places the carb approximately 10 MM further back than the stock manifold.  Depending on your airbox/boot setup this might cause a problem.  Picture shows installation with an aftermarket airbox snorkel.
